Well she went Rosa Parks on Dolce & Gabbana’s new Spring Collection Banks caught wind of featuring images of what one could mistake as “Mammy” and expressed her distaste on Twitter.
D&G debuted the collection during Milan Fashion Week last month and since then they have drummed up a lot of controversy. The Italian designers insist that the inspiration drew from the first African settlers in Sicily. Azealia wasn’t buying it and took to her Twitter over the weekend.
