“I want to go on the record and say this. I wrote a book called “How to Get Out Of Your Own Way” and it had a chapter “Your Body Is a Slave Of Your Mind.” And I was talking about me putting on 265 pound and me getting out of the shower with the mirror steamed up and me being ashamed of myself.

Me, kind of falling apart and going through whatever I was going through and losing touch with my focus. If you go back to the movie ‘Waist Deep,” I was 255 in that movie. It wasn’t directed at women it was directed at anyone who finds themselves uninspired and unmotivated when it comes to their health. We got 20 million something people dying of obesity.”

Was Tyrese talking about himself or do you think some Bg Shirley chick tried to holla at him? I’m NOT Buying this…. WTH? Tyrese must be thinking about how Rick Ross loss his Reebok deal. Just 6 days ago her refused to apologize saying the following as Eber Gregory wrote about :

Though Tyrese refuses to apologize, he now says he regrets using the wrong wording.

“I’m not apologizing for what I said I’m apologizing for the bad choice of wording and execution of my point around obesity,” Tyrese said in a prepared statement.

The singer gave a little insight into the reason behind his subconscious hatred of women, which may stem from his childhood interactions with his overweight mother and sisters.

“Y’all seen my documentary, I was brought in this world from a plus size mother and my sisters are plus size as well… I am concerned always!”

Tyrese also tweeted: “We always associate addictions to cocaine, Heroin, and or alcoholic abuse… Food is the No. 1 addiction in America.”

“This is what happens when you decide to not just be an artist or an actor but use your heart,” he added. “It creates controversy and unwanted energy.”

Sooo what do you think is the real reason that Tyrese apologized. Fast and Furious 6 Promos- Hmmmmmm
