Beyonce and Jay-Z Watch The Brooklyn Nets Take On The New York Knicks

Checking in on the Necole Bitchie report: The King of the Barclays, Jay-Z, was spotted shooting around prior to the start of the game.  He sat courtside with Beyonce per usual and  when the game was over, he took to twitter to brag about the Nets overtime win with a tweet that read, “The city is under new management.”
